How we’ll use your information

By submitting this form, you are sending your details to The Ommatidium Project so we can handle your question. We use your information only for the project purposes described in our privacy notice: to understand your question, match you to a suitable contact and follow up. Approved project volunteers can read your question so they can understand it and find the right person. Your name and contact details stay hidden from them until one of them takes responsibility for your question. Our lawful basis is your consent. We keep them while your request is open and for 12 months after it closes, then delete or anonymise them. You can view, export, correct or delete your data at any time using the private link we email you, withdraw consent, or complain to the ICO.
